For professionals
You support neurodivergent children, teenagers or adults — as a teacher, in a daycare, in a paediatric practice, in counselling or therapy. Coaching can complement your work where everyday life is concerned: self-regulation, structure and concrete, doable steps.
When coaching can help
Coaching starts where someone gets stuck in daily life — with routines, sensory processing, organisation or communication, or after a late diagnosis. It is for people who want to work on self-chosen goals, using their own resources.
Common themes: understanding and regulating sensory overload, structuring daily life and tasks, dealing with exhaustion and masking, or finding a new direction after a diagnosis.
Coaching — and where the line is
Coaching is not psychotherapy and not diagnosis. In acute crises, where there is risk to self or others, in severe mental illness, or where an assessment is needed, I refer to the appropriate specialist service.
I see coaching as a complement to therapy, school and medical care — not a replacement. Where working together makes sense, I am glad to coordinate.
Who it is for
I work with teenagers and adults with AD(H)D, the autism spectrum and high sensitivity. I do not work with toddlers. Conversations are possible in German, Spanish, English or French — in Winterthur or online.
