What to expect in a session
Every session is individual. At the same time, it can be reassuring to have a rough idea of the flow beforehand. A session usually lasts 60 minutes.
1
Arriving and getting oriented
At the beginning we briefly clarify how you're doing, what today should be about and how the session is structured. There's no pressure to get straight into the topic.
2
Sorting your concerns together
Together we look at what's currently in the foreground, what's weighing on you or what you'd like to understand better. Sometimes the real issue only becomes clear in conversation.
3
A concrete focus for the session
Then we clarify what would help you in this session: more clarity, relief, a concrete next step or a new perspective.
4
Solution-oriented work
Depending on the concern, we develop suitable strategies, formulate concrete and realistic goals and look at which steps are actually doable in everyday life.
5
Wrap-up and next steps
At the end we summarise what you're taking away from the session. If it fits, we note what you'd like to try or continue until the next appointment, and how we keep an eye on the implementation together.
The exact flow may vary slightly depending on the concern, how you feel that day and your needs.
And the initial consultation?
The free initial consultation (20–30 minutes) follows a different flow than a regular session. It's not about coaching here, but about getting to know each other and orientation — for you and for me.
