Coaching or therapy?

Coaching is not psychotherapy, but it can be a valuable complement.

What my coaching is

My coaching is not about treating mental illnesses, but about support, orientation and concrete help in everyday life. Together we look at topics such as overwhelm, self-organisation, stress regulation, relationship patterns, self-worth or carrying out professional and personal projects.

Coaching as a useful complement

My offer does not replace psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or any medical or psychological diagnosis. However, coaching can be a useful complementary support when it comes to understanding yourself better, developing new scope for action and shaping your everyday life more coherently. If I have the impression that psychotherapeutic, psychiatric or medical support would be useful or advisable, I address this openly.

In acute crises

In an acute mental health crisis, please contact a psychiatric or psychotherapeutic professional directly. In urgent cases, the Swiss helpline 'Die Dargebotene Hand' is available around the clock on the telephone number 143.
