Services & focus areas

My coaching is aimed at neurodivergent people (AD(H)D, autism spectrum, high sensitivity) who want to develop more clarity, structure and self-efficacy in their daily lives. The focus areas below give you an initial orientation — every coaching journey is individual.

🧭 Everyday structure & self-organisation

Many neurodivergent people experience their daily life as exhausting, unpredictable or hard to steer. Together we develop structures, routines and strategies that fit the way you think — not some external ideal.

🌿 Stress regulation & burnout prevention

Chronic overwhelm, exhaustion or an impending burnout are common among neurodivergent people. We work on recognising early warning signs, managing your energy better and developing everyday coping strategies.

✨ Self-worth & self-image

Years of adapting, masking and feeling «different» leave their mark. In coaching we look at beliefs, inner patterns and the question: who are you really — beyond other people's expectations?

💬 Relationships & communication

Neurodivergence shapes how we communicate, set boundaries and build relationships. We work on concrete situations from your daily life and develop strategies that give you more confidence and clarity.

🎯 Work, projects & implementation

Hyperfocus, procrastination, being able to start but not finish — many people know this. We structure projects, clarify priorities and develop implementation strategies that work with the way you think rather than against it.

A diagnosis in adulthood can explain a great deal — while also raising many questions. In AD(H)D coaching in Winterthur, I support you in reframing your story, discovering your resources and finding a path that truly fits you.
